1.Q:We want to buy metal parts from your factory, how can I know the quality?

A: We would like to suggest you to have a trial order first if you do know us well.

What is more important, we would recommend you put a trial order first if our  producs havnt entered in your market yet.  

2.Q:Can you offer FREE Samples?

A: we do not provide free samples. According to our experiences, customers who paid for  samples  are more willing to give us the performance feedback. When we offer samples we specially design the formular for our customers according to the  specific market condition as well as the cutting materials’ hardness  ,the cost will be much higher than existed products from mass production. That is also why we ask for paying the samples from our potential customers. 

3.Q:Does your company accept custom-made?

A: Sure, we do provide customized  service for the customers who meet our MOQ. For the custom-made products, we would like to ask ou offer the desired specifications, drawings and samples if possible. We are confident to provide quality custom-made products in the field, and also promise not to sell your custom-made products without your permission.

4.Q:What about the minimum quantity?

A:We do have MOQ for mass production. But for the trial order, we do not have MOQ which we recommend for a small quantity order instead. 

5.Q:How can I get the best suitable progrssive die?

A:In order to find the most suitable products for you, you‘d better to bring us more information about your stone and cutting machine parameters.

1.Applications: Sawing / Grinding/Single Cutting/Muilit-blades Cutting,Slicing/Splitting or any other applications;

2.Stone Features:Hardness/Abrasiveness/ Grit Size/Pictures and Samples if possible;

3.Machine usage:Diamond Blades/Discs Bridge Saw/Table Saw and Brick Saw etc.;

4.Machine Motor Type:Spindle RPM/Feeding Speed/Cutting Depth;

5.Thickness for Steel Core (blade without diamond segment);

6.General requirements for Blade Life,Cutting Square Meters etc.

6.Q:What should we do if your products can not run well?

A:Firstly,please check your installation and machines; make sure they are under the right conditions;

Secondly,please check out whether the operation is in the right way. Sometimes the machine doesn't work and it has a relationship with the operator. 

In thiscase,please find out the reason according to your experience and run it again.If the above suggestions are not able to help, please help us to write down enough situation descriptions and take some photos if possible.

7.Q:What are your payment terms?

A: We would prefer 100% T/T before shipment,and L/C also could be acceptable according to the actual situation under disccusstion.

8.Q:What about the delivery time after payment?

A:It depends on the order case by case

Special specification products will be negotiated before order confirmed.

9.Q:How about the transportation?

A:Urgent order with less weight or samples CHANGLI recommends courier service.

Normal (regular) order which weight over 45kgs CHANGLI recommends Air Cargo.

Big diameter saw blades or heavy weight CHANGLI recommends Sea Cargo.

The final shipment decision will be made after discussion.

10.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit ?

A:Our factory is located in DongGuan City, Hubei?Province, China.

It is very convenient for our customers to visit our factory in DongGuan.  The travel time from ShenZhen  International Airport is approximately 0.5 hours, and average less than 1 hour from the three major railway stations  of DongGuan.
